As a spares assistant you will help in the parts department achieve a high level of customer service, ensuring client needs are met; and parts and components are managed and maintained.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday.


Key responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by supplying parts and accessories needed.
  • Manage supply inventory (parts) to service technicians and the sales department.
  • Purchasing and sourcing components
  • Managing inwards goods and quality control inspections

We are looking for someone with:

  • A mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of electrics and hydraulics
  • Ability to understand a range of mechanical components.
  • Experience in the service industry
  • Experience in inventory software

Key abilities:

  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
