As a spares assistant you will help in the parts department achieve a high level of customer service, ensuring client needs are met; and parts and components are managed and maintained.
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by supplying parts and accessories needed.
- Manage supply inventory (parts) to service technicians and the sales department.
- Purchasing and sourcing components
- Managing inwards goods and quality control inspections
We are looking for someone with:
- A mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of electrics and hydraulics
- Ability to understand a range of mechanical components.
- Experience in the service industry
- Experience in inventory software
Key abilities:
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
