We're looking for a passionate, hardworking recruiter to join our small, high-performing team in Nelson!
The role as Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who is:
- Passionate about people, as you will be focused on building strong relationships with our team, applicants and clients
- Thorough with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting all applications, and presenting job offers
- Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety with our AWF field employee workforce
- Equally passionate about recruitment and customer service whilst ensuring we are providing the highest level of account management to our clients

Ideally you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a service, sales or business development role
- Knowledge in the civil and infrastructure industries however not mandatory
- Exceptional client service skills and the ability to form strong lasting relationships
- Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills
- Proactive and process-driven
- Hunger, passion, and drive to get the job done, with a 'never give up' attitude
