Our client is offering a fixed term contract from June 2019 through to March 2020 for a suitably qualified Admin Person to assist their Procurement Team during a planned maintenance shut-down working a 40 hour working week (Monday - Friday) and based at Marsden Point.

This is a position that will suit somebody from a logistics background with a good understanding of the principles of DIFOTIS, as some of your duties (but not restricted to) will be to track, monitor and advise on lead times and deliveries according to the various schedules. There are established systems already in place to help you with these tasks.

This is a dynamic and busy role where the above average communications skills you have (written and oral) are going to help you with all those daily interactions with the many suppliers, warehousing teams, and customers both internal and external.

You need to be residing in, and legally allowed to work in New Zealand to be considered for this position. . It is presumed the successful applicant will be available to commence the assignment as soon as accepted.
