We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Process Workers to join a busy, well-established food manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy physical work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in following strong health and safety practices.
With a variety of different departments and shift patterns available, there is something for everyone.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working on food production and processing lines within a factory setting
  • Handling products and materials, including regular heavy lifting
  • Following strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times
  • Operating equipment and performing manual tasks as required
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
  • Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members

What you need:

  • A strong commitment to health and safety
  • Physical fitness and the ability to carry out heavy lifting safely
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on factory environment
  • Willingness to learn and work across different departments if required
