AWF have a great opportunity for someone to assist our client in their endeavour to supply the highest quality organic fertiliser to the farming community in the capacity of a pre-sales telemarketer.
The role will involve cold calling potential customers and generating leads and appointments for the face to face sales team to subsequently follow up with. It is suitable for someone looking for additional funds the support their life however is unlikely to be more that 15 hours per week so likely will not provide a sole source of income for someone.
Everything you need to be successful will be provided to you, including devices and a pre-populated call list. This is work that can be undertaken either at our clients manufacturing site or directly from home. You will however need to have a current licence and vehicle as you will be required to attend the factory at least once a week.
Full product training will be provided.

Our ideal candidate will have prior telemarketing or sales experience and some basic agriculture knowledge would be helpful. You will be reliable, self motivated and able to deal with the unique nature of cold calling.
You will have excellent English communication skills and be able to think on your feet to answer basic queries potential clients may have prior to field sales reps coming to site.
In addition to the above you'll also have the following;
- A current CV with contactable references
- The ability to pass pre-employment checks including criminal history and drug/alcohol screening
- A minimum restricted New Zealand drivers licence
