We are currently seeking someone who is a proven administrator with intermediate computer skills. You will be processing payroll for between 60 - 80 temporary staff weekly so attention to detail and honesty are a must! This role will also require the successful candidate to manage and ensure that our candidate files are up to date and have all relevant documentation in them. General administration duties will also be part of the role.
Hours will be between 24 - 30 hours per week Monday - Thursday.
A nice friendly phone manner will also be required as we deal with a wide range of clients and candidates.
Key requirements for this role:
- Attention to detail
- Competent in using Outlook/Word/Excell
- Experience in doing payroll/Data entry
- Great communication skills/Good phone manner
- Enjoy dealing with people
