You will have operations experience in coordinating resources and assigning them appropriately to work assignments.

Hours of work can be variable (up to 45 hours across the week), with weekend on call duties a core part of the role. Days worked will be Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off.


* Build exceptional relationships with both internal and external clients

* Provide regular communication with customers and temp employees

* Manage daily work assignment allocation and follow up

* Ensure temporary employees skills and experience match job requirements

* Manage weekly payroll (training provided)


* At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a busy customer service or operations role

* Preferably experience in payroll and administration duties

* Experience with computer operating systems

* Full Drivers license

* Manage candidate screening and induction including drug screening

* Manage candidate administration and documentation and maintain the candidate care programme to ensure that all workers are contacted regularly, particularly the migrant workers

* Maintain and actively participate in H&S, training and protocols

* Work closely with Systems & Capability team regarding continuous system improvements

* Closely liaise with pastoral care providers and overseas agents to monitor migrant workers' deployment and settlement
