Night Shift Team Leader

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and coordinate up to 20 staff across the night shift.
Keep production running smoothly by managing workflow, quality, and output.
Coach, support, and motivate your team to lift capability and performance.
Set and maintain high safety standards across the shift.
Be the go‑to leader on nights, making decisions and solving problems as they arise.

What You Need:
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
A reliable, steady approach and availability for night shift hours (5pm-5am, Mon-Thurs, with Fridays added as production increases)
A strong safety focus and a hands‑on, lead‑from‑the‑front mindset.
Clean Criminal history and pass a pre-0employment drug test.
