What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting civil crews on active construction sites
- Using hand and power tools safely
- General site maintenance and clean-up
- Loading and unloading materials
- Supporting drainage, roading and infrastructure works
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team to deliver quality projects
What You Need
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Commitment to Health & Safety
- Private transport and licence preferred
- Previous civil, construction, or labouring experience advantageous but not essential
