This position would suit someone who has advanced trade skills within timber joinery, or someone who has timber jonery experience and has a proven desire to learn more.

Our client is a highly reputed, and busy solid timber joinery based in Christchurch. They are a team of 9, and manufacture joinery products that include kitchens, stairs, wardrobes, doors and other wooden products for the residential construction sector. Most of their work involves high end, architecturally designed products and they pride themselves on their quality and ability to deliver to specification!

The workshop is busy and has an ongoing flow of projects and work. They work a standard 45 hour week (Monday to Friday), and offer competitive rates, plus tool allowances. They are a precision joinery and utilise 2 saws as their primary machinery.

• Have a trade qualification, and a desire to further develop your skills
• Have experieince in timber joinery
• Have a high attention for detail and accuracy
• Be team focussed
• Able to operate a range of machinery
• Want long term work
• Able to work on a job from plans to completion.
