One position filled and we are looking for another high quality Joiner! This position would suit someone who has advanced trade skills and is looking to move into a supervisory role.

Our client is a highly reputed, and busy solid timber joinery based in South Christchurch. They are a team of 9, with 6 people employed in their workshop. They manufacture joinery products that include kitchens, stairs, wardrobes, doors and other wooden products for the residential construction sector. Most of their work involves high end, architecturally designed products and they pride themselves on their quality and ability to deliver to specification!

The workshop is busy and has an ongoing flow of projects and work. They work a standard 45 hour week (Monday to Friday), and offer competitive rates, plus tool allowances. They are a precision joinery and utilise 2 saws as their primary machinery.

To be the perfect person for this role you will

• Have a trade qualification or even be part way through your apprenticeship
• Have a high attention for detail and accuracy
• Be team focussed
• Able to operate a range of machinery
• Want long term work
• Able to work on a job from plans to completion.
