HVAC Project Manager

Due to growth within the business, we are looking for a HVAC Project Manager to assist with the end to end process of creating work plans, resource management and executing work plans on commercial based HVAC installation projects.

The company is 100% Kiwi owned and operated with unparalleled service who are based in East Tamaki but service the wider Auckland area.

Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Planning projects including detailed timelines, resource management, progress monitoring, collaborating with engineers, architects, clients and contractors
  • Preparing relevant documentation including but not limited to designs, contracts, tenders and budget projections and reporting
  • Monitoring duties including ensuring timely completion of the project, updating relevant paperwork and/or data systems, executing site visits and signing off work meeting quality standards as well as cash flow projections and actual spending's
  • Communicating with Stakeholders, Contractors, Suppliers, Clients and Colleagues

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of project management within, ideally, the commercial HVAC industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, simple accounting, database management and CAD/RIVET
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Understanding of engineering principles
