We are keen to hear from operators with experience on the following machines:

  • Excavators (general civil, drainage, bulk, final trim)
  • Loaders
  • Rollers
  • Graders
  • Dozers
  • Articulated dump trucks
  • Any other civil plant


What You Could Be Doing:

  • Operating machinery safely and efficiently on active civil sites
  • Completing earthworks, roading, drainage, and general infrastructure tasks
  • Working to levels, grades, and site plans where required
  • Quarry works
  • Carrying out daily pre-start checks and reporting faults or maintenance needs
  • Supporting the crew on the ground when required and keeping sites tidy and safe
  • General Labouring to support the project development and site standards


What You Need

  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a civil construction environment
  • Relevant licences/endorsements (WTR required; class 2 license is essential / 4 licences preferred)
  • Strong health and safety focus and awareness of working around services/people
  • Reliable attendance, solid communication, and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to pass standard pre-employment checks

In addition to these you will be required to undertake a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, a Ministry of Justice background check as well as be able to provide reference on request.

You must also hold the legal right to work in New Zealand.
