AWF's Hawkes Bay branch is on the lookout for 3 experienced Hammer Hands.
If you have at least 2 years building experience, are confident with hand tools and want to get stuck in, this could be a great opportunity, for the hammer hand position
You will have previous work history or currently working in the construction industry. You will be competent using power tools & hand tools relevant to the trade.
About the job
- 4 weeks full time work, opportunity for future assignments
- Pay rate $23-25
- You will accumulate holiday pay
- You will be working in a team on a site, helping the qualified Carpenters complete the job. Your tasks may vary from day to day
What we need from you
- Be available for an immediate start
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Have at least 2 years experience in Carpentry/Building
- An eye for detail
- Reliable
- Ability to follow instructions
- Work unsupervised or in a team environment
- Have the ability to work to deadlines with exceptional time management
- A good understanding and respect for Health and Safety
