Experienced digger operators are required for multiple civil, earthworks, and services projects across Whangarei and the wider Northland area. These roles offer the opportunity to work on some of Northland's largest civil infrastructure projects, with options for short-term or long-term assignments depending on your availability and experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating excavators up to 23 tonne on major civil infrastructure projects
- Final trim work and cutting to plan
- Working on Council berms and within public-facing environments
- Trenching and site works, including trenching and laying cables
- Operating safely and efficiently around live services
- General earthworks, site preparation, and supporting the wider crew
- Completing daily machine checks and following site H&S requirements
What You Need
- Proven excavator experience, including machines up to 23t
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Earthworks and final trim
- Cutting to plan
- Trenching and cable laying support
- Working around live services
- Council berm and reinstatement work
- WTR endorsement (essential)
- Class 2 and/or Class 4 licence (essential)
- Strong safety focus, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team
