- Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes.
- Strong knowledge of CAM software and G-Code programming, ideally including GibbsCAM or similar systems.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and work confidently to tight tolerances.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
