Are you looking for your next opportunity in a customer service role responding to queries both over the phone and by email, working for a well established company? In this position you will have daily contact with clients all over New Zealand.

- Valid experience in a customer service role, preferably phone based contact
- Experience in a busy environment dealing with queries both over the phone and by email
- Problem solving skills
- Works well independently as well as in a team
- Picks up new systems quickly
- Stong written and verbal english skills
- Problem solver
