Do you have a class 2 Licence and are an energetic person?
Our client is looking for a bottle exchange driver that can provide excellent delivery service to their customers. you will then be trained as a back up Tanker driver which includes learning to fill cylinders both on the fill bay and by bobtail tanker.
About the role:
- Delivery driver of gas bottles to both commercial and domestic sites.
- Interacting with customers.
- Stock takes and compliance checks.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- A clean class 2 driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years driving a class 2 or higher vehicle in New Zealand.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Dangerous goods endorsement; Forklift license desired.
- First Aid ticket would be an advantage
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Reliable transport to be able to get to and from work easily and on time.
- An interest in learning and wanting to develop.
- the ability to pass pre-employment checks, including criminal check and drug and alcohol.
