AWF Nelson are looking for Class 2 truck drivers that have transport experience, for an ongoing role with one of our respected National clients, this role will be based out of the Stoke/ Annesbrook area. Delivery of bulk gas products

The role, for the right candidate will be ongoing, with ideally long term turning into a permanent job, with the client

About the Role

• Monday to Friday work starts between 0600-0700am daily with rostered Saturdays on occassion
• Be reliable, committed, consistant and have excellent communication skills
• Able to follow a delivery list, complete drop offs to commerical and residental premises across the greater Nelson Tasman area
• Unloading of product via hydraulic tail lift on site deliveries or bulk delivery via pipe
• Be able to converse effectively with client on deliveries, using basic invoicing (both written and digital devices)
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and delivery manfestos
• A current D (Dangerous goods) endorsement would be great, but we will be able to help the right applicant with this process

About You

• Have a sound work ethic, enthusiastic approach, reliable, great at communicator
• Own reliable Transport as these roles do not work with public transport
• A background in commerical driving
• Have a current class 2 drivers licence
• Able to be trained, follow processes, replicate tasks and listen to instructions
• Happy to learn new techniques bringing your existing skill sets to grow
• A good attitude towards maintenance and care of equipment
• Have 2x references that will tell us what a great worker you are
