About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely lift, carry, and move heavy items.
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks, containers, or pallets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Always follow health and safety guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- Available Monday to Friday for short notice shifts.
- Must have personal transport to get to and from work sites (restricted or full licence)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy weights.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
