No two days are the same so we can guarantee variety and challenge and lots of pace in your day. The focus of the role is using admin and recruitment expertise to build and maintain a candidate pool that ultimately contributes to the team success. Key to your success will be your ability to provide admin and recruitment expertise to support the business to provide quality staff to our clients.

Day in the life of a Candidate Consultant:

* Running targeted sourcing campaigns

* Writing adverts and uploading to job boards

* Conducting interviews and inductions

* Completing pre-employment checks on candidates

* Regularly catching up with candidates during the application process

* Working with the team to successfully utilise AWF temporary employees

* Catching up with temps out on assignment to make sure they are happy

We're open minded about the type of background you'll come from - we really mean that. If you've had exposure to the civil/construction sector and/or recruitment then that would be great (but not essential).
