Candidate Consultant

We are looking for a Candidate (or Recruitment) Consultant who has a minimum of 2 years work experience in a high volume recruitment environment, proven customer service and HR background and an administrative background in a large process-driven environment. You should have experience recruiting and managing a migrant workforce, be familiar with Filipino language and have a high level of English language skills. For health and safety reasons we will require the right applicant to complete a pre-employment drug screen.

The job requirements are to:

* Build and maintain a candidate pool by proactively source candidates onshore and offshore in line with the company's candidate sourcing strategy

* Manage candidate screening and induction including drug screening

* Manage candidate administration and documentation and maintain the candidate care programme to ensure that all workers are contacted regularly, particularly the migrant workers

* Maintain and actively participate in H&S, training and protocols

* Work closely with Systems & Capability team regarding continuous system improvements

* Closely liaise with pastoral care providers and overseas agents to monitor migrant workers' deployment and settlement
