We are recruiting for a team of property inspectors to work on a 7 week project starting Early February.

* $28-$30 an hour plus reimbursement of mileage while travelling between properties.

* 3 days paid training and induction in Auckland (flights and accommodation also provided)

* 5 weeks inspections in Christchurch area

* 1 week inspections in the Dunedin area (flights and accommodation also provided)

In this role, you will be responsible for calling into properties, by appointment, and conducting detailed property condition reports. You will be working in pairs to complete the surveys faster. All reports will be entered electronically with an Ipad and uploaded real time to our client for collation.

We are looking for individuals who can exercise sound judgement on grading the condition of parts of the property. Being tech savvy is a must, we need fast and accurate fingers for entering the data real time.

The role will require you to utilize your many attributes, including:

* Exceptional people skills, as you will interact with tenants from all walks of life

* Time management skills, as you will need to ensure you are calling on each property within the pre-designated timeslot and completing each inspection within the allocated timeframe

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Experience with data collection software, and using Ipads

* Proven experience in a role where you have successfully managed your own time and workload

* The ability to deal with people from all walks of life

* Understanding of building materials, either from a construction background, or experience with DIY and house renovations

* Exclusive access to a warranted, registered, insured and reliable vehicle that you will be able to utilise for work purposes

* Full access to a working mobile phone

* A clean criminal history and able to pass a pre employment drug test
