About the role;
We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrator for a permanent, fixed term position on a client assignment to control and monitor quality leading up to and through a manufacturing plant shutdown in accordance with their Quality Management Systems.
The role will encompass creation of work packs, tracking of planning progress, identification of process improvements to streamline work pack creation along with general administration duties to support preparation for the shutdown.
About the person;
Being an experienced administrator you will be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook), possess a positive approach to new challenges and be keen to learn new skills. A focus on accuracy & quality is required to ensure a high standard of professionalism and consistency from all work produced.
You will enjoy being part of a Team where Team members work constructively together and encourage Teamwork.
If you have previous experience in supporting manufacturing plant shutdowns or experience in the engineering industry please include that information in your application. While that experience is not a prerequisite applicants that can think outside the square and use initiative, generate new ideas & solutions are encouraged to apply.
