Our National client is looking for an administration superstar to hit the ground running. We are looking for someone to join their administrative team for an immediate start. We anticipate this role will be for four months with the potential to be ongoing for the right person.

What's involved?

  • Reconciling claims
  • Investigating reconciliation errors
  • Creditors and debtors
  • Various other admin tasks data entry, filing, meeting minutes, room bookings.

We need someone who:

  • is proactive and can self manage
  • is a team player and not afraid to get stuck in to get the work done
  • has a minimum of 2 years experience in finance
  • has excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel experience
