We are looking for a dedicated and competent administrator to take on this rewarding temporary assignment!

Our client based in Havelock is seeking an organised, self motivated person, with the ability to relate well with other people to join our small administrative team.

This pivotal role will provide support for the operational administration office, administrating our health and safety induction policy, managing stock levels, and consolidating employee attendance and wages for data entry.

Ideally you would have at least 1 years experience in an administrative/reception type role

Have excellent computer skills - Outlook, Excel & Word

Have excellent organisational & communication skills

Have payroll and accounts/invoicing experience

Have an interest or experience in Health & Safety

Have the ability to identify and contribute to new ways to improve our services and systems

This is an important role therefore being punctual and reliable is a must!

6am - 5pm Monday to Friday with the odd Saturday morning
