We are looking for an admin superstar to join our client to help out on the three waters project in Whakatu. This role is ongoing for the next 6 months for right applicant and has the ability for future work once this assignment is completed.
Hours
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and liaise with customers and clients
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Take orders and input orders into the system
- project or database management
Requirements
- The ability to work in a professional environment, meet deadlines and adapt to changing workflows and tasks
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Be well presented and take pride with a professional approach to work
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Data Entry and Computer knowledge
