ADMIN SUPPORT ROLE - 6 month term
Our client is based at Marsden Point and they require the services of an Admin Support person to help through the next six months.
The key purpose of the role is to provide support and liaison between contractors, businesses and suppliers alike. This will be a very busy assignment, so you'll need to be a quick thinker with:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Competent with Microsoft Outlook - The suitable applicant will need to be able to use Microsoft Outlook to plan daily tasks and manage stakeholder meetings.
- Adaptable - The suitable applicant will need to be able to quickly adjust plans to meet changing priorities.
The assignment will commence in the next 2 weeks and continue through until the end of March 2018.
