“South Taranaki - Alive with Opportunity” - that’s the region’s motto and we feel it holds true for us. We like our staff to feel valued & go out of our way to keep them working & happy. From the ones who have been with us for over 9 years to the ones who have been here 9 hours - our Hawera team does everything they can to make sure everyone is happy. Permanent, part time, seasonal and full time - we cover most industries within the region.
Our client base is long term & stable, offering a wide variety of roles. With many clients utilising the temp to perm staffing option, we are a great pathway to finding permanent employment in the region.
To keep up with demand, we run an annual cadet programme focusing on the unique Health & Safety requirements of our region, up skilling & training our staff in areas of safe working practices to level 3 qualifications.
Our more traditional roles: Safety Observers, Traffic Controllers, STMS, Drivers, Machine Operators, Fabricators, Welders, Metal Polishers, Meat Workers, Builders, Hammerhands *takes deep breath*, Scaffolders, Process Operators, Forklift Drivers, Administrators, Vehicle Detailers , Storepeople, Electricians, Gardeners, Field Operators, Roofers, EWP Operators, Water Technicians… & that’s just our regular ones!
Some of the irregular, out of the box roles we’ve covered: watching paint dry (yes, seriously), counting cars (& sheep), lake draining, pump watching, cattle dehorning & x-ray technicians.
Meet the team
Nick, AKA coffee maker extraordinaire, has a not so hidden talent of juggling jobs at all hours of the day & night. Passionate & driven, Nick is our branch Health & Safety representative so spends most of his day out on site amongst our staff & clients, ensuring everyone goes home to their families healthy & happy.
A keen sportsman in his younger days, Nick lives vicariously through his children’s sporting achievements but still finds time to throw the odd dart every Wednesday.
