Toni loves meeting new people, networking within different industries and learning new skills on the way. An avid team player, she strongly enjoys mentoring people. Toni is known for her strong leadership and management skills, and being customer-centric is her first priority. Having focus and paying attention to detail ensures that Toni delivers day-in and day-out, always exceeding customer expectations
Desiree has been part of the AWF family for over seven years! She places candidates into jobs, looks after client care and health & safety – plus anything else we throw at her.
Italia is the cheerful spark in the office. Her bright personality shines through to her dealings with our clients and candidates. Italia enjoys the daily challenges of her role and gets great joy in achieving the right outcomes for the team.
Our induction extraordinaire, Kelly, ensures that all our temps are safe, knowledgeable and ready to work! Her number one priority is to ensure they have the know-how to make the right safety decision while out there working for us.

When he's not working on his farm in Waiuku, Michael is ensuring he finds the right job for each of our candidates and trying to keep them in long term employment, doing ongoing assignments, and making sure they are happy at work.
