Terms & Conditions

$500 Prezzy Card

  1. This Promotion is run by AWF Limited.
  2. An application for one of the positions listed in 6, below, is considered an entry into this Promotion.
  3. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. This Promotion commences on 12th October 2018 and closes on 12th January 2019.
  5. This Promotion is open to those legally able to work, and currently residing in New Zealand.
  6. This Promotion is only open to Candidates who have commenced a Placement, within the dates referred to in 4, above, with the AWF Construction & Technical team and the Job Title in their Individual Employment Agreement is: Ductman/person, Sheetmetal Fabricator and/or Steel Fixer.
  7. A successful Placement is when a job offer is presented in writing to a Candidate and is accepted and signed by that Candidate.
  8. Subject to the Candidate meeting the criteria in 4, 5, 6 and 7, above, the Reward will be issued to the Candidate at the completion of a calendar week from their first date of employment, or 40 hours; whichever comes first.
  9. The Reward is a Prezzy Card voucher with a value of $500.
  10. The Reward is not redeemable for cash.
  11. One Reward per successfully placed Candidate will be issued.
  12. A Candidate cannot be a currently active candidate in the AWF database. A ‘currently active’ candidate constitutes a candidate who has applied for a job, or been referred to a job vacancy, or has been in communication with AWF within the last two months.
  13. The Candidate may be contacted by AWF to request details and photographs for promotional purposes. 
  14. AWF will not, without permission, give out any personal information to third parties, as per our Privacy Policy.
  15. By entering this Promotion you agree to receive further communication via phone or email from AWF.
  16. Internal staff of AWF Limited are excluded from this promotion.
  17. In the event of a dispute regarding this Promotion and any of its Terms & Conditions, the final decision will rest with AWF Limited’s management.

$100 Referral Prezzy Card

  1. This Promotion is run by AWF Limited.
  2. An email to Pamela Ulip containing the contact details of the Referred Cadidate for one of the positions listed in 5, below, is considered an entry into this Promotion.
  3. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. This Promotion is open to those legally able to work in New Zealand.
  5. This Promotion commences on 12th October 2018 and closes on 12th January 2019.
  6. A successful referral is when a Referred Candidate is placed with the AWF Construction & Technical team and the Job Title in their Individual Employment Agreement is: Ductman/person, Sheetmetal Fabricator and/or Steel Fixer,and he/she completes 100 hours as can be verified by our records.
  7. Referral Rewards will be issued to a Referrer at the completion of 100 hours by the Referred Candidate within 6 months of commencing employment.
  8. The Reward is a Prezzy Card with a value of $100.
  9. The Reward is not redeemable for cash.
  10. One Reward per successfully referred candidate will be issued to the Referrer. There is no limit to the number of referral rewards that may be issued to a Referrer, as long as and provided that all other terms and conditions of this Promotion are met.
  11. A Candidate cannot be a currently active candidate in the AWF database. A ‘currently active’ candidate constitutes a candidate who has applied for a job, or been referred to a job vacancy, or has been in communication with AWF within the last two months.
  12. The Referrer must be currently employed by AWF, or has worked for AWF within the 3 months prior to the date of referral. Referrals must be made during the promotion period.
  13. In the case where a Referrer provides a candidate’s details to AWF, the Referred Candidate must have provided permission and must be aware he/she has been referred.
  14. Be aware that AWF will not issue referral Rewards where notification of the referral has not been provided to AWF. Notification is to be made in writing to Pamela Ulip. AWF is not required to issue retrospective referral prizes for historic referrals where no notification to AWF was provided.
  15. The Referrers of successful referrals may be contacted by AWF to request details and photographs for promotional purposes. 
  16. AWF will not, without permission, give out any personal information to third parties, as per our Privacy Policy.
  17. By entering this Promotion you agree to receive further communication via phone or email from AWF.
  18. Internal staff of AWF Limited are excluded from this promotion.
