Our Process for Recruiting Trades People
It is in our interests to provide you, the client, with the best. Our recruitment processes are designed around this aim.
We check and verify all qualifications; we insist on a full CV and we directly verbally check a minimum of two work related references; all of our trades people are pre-employment drug screened and also agree to random testing on an ongoing basis; we security check all applicants and insist on a clean criminal record; and finally we trial our trades people to ensure they bring the right attitude and the right skills to your job.

Once in a while we may provide you with someone who does not fit the culture or have the specific requirements you seek. Then we will act immediately to find you a replacement without undue disruption or cost.
