Why Temporary Labour Hire?
Along with flexibility comes convenience. Employment law can be a minefield. It is difficult to be sure you have always employed the right person for the job.
What better way to be sure than to employ staff on a temporary basis for a few months and then to transition them, at no extra cost, to your permanent workforce.
Our Labour Hire Process
For the prospective temporary worker, we ask that they visit one of our 29 AWF Labour branches bringing with them an up to date CV. Following an initial screening process, we will arrange a time for induction, security and drug screening and a one on one interview.
At this stage we address Health and Safety in the workplace together with courtesy, work ethic, compensation, and of course the terms of our Employment Agreement. Most often, provided the skills and behaviours match the needs of our clients we will be able to place selected temporary workers in jobs within a day or two.
If you are in business and seeking to employ temporary labour, simply give us a call. We'll ask a series of questions about the type of worker you need and the environment they'll be working in. If we haven’t dealt with your business in the past then we will ask you to complete account opening documentation before we proceed.
These steps are designed to ensure the right staff are provided and; that we are placing them into a Safe and Healthy environment. We will ask to visit your site to evaluate the work environment and roles. All of this, to assist us in providing the right people.
That’s all there is to it. From there, leave it to us to find the Right Person.
Our Promise
Our motto is our promise. We will provide the Right People to get the Job Done.
