Applying for a job at AWF is relatively straignforward, but first you must visit one of our branches and work through the recruitment process with our staff. There are some requirements which you will need to meet for Health and Safety and/or operational reasons:

• You must be able to get yourself to work each day and you should be aware that your place of employment will vary from time to time. Therefore a current driver licence is highly recommended.
• You need a good grasp of the English language. You must be able to comprehend instructions from your supervisor, you must be able to understand our documentation and complete the employment forms and you must be able to read and understand all Health and Safety documentations and signs.

• We operate a random drug screening regime to support our Health & Safety objectives, and more importantly we have many customers who require us to screen all workers we place with them. Therefore it is likely you will be asked to undergo a urine drug screening when you apply for work with AWF.
