AWF Trades has been recently developed to focus on the recruitment and supply of skilled and suitably qualified trades people across the main construction and civil centres of New Zealand.
The division has opened new specialist branches in Christchurch and Wellington (under the Quin Workforce brand) from which we will provide only trades people.
Trades people have made a commitment in their lives to learn and to develop their skills and we think they should be elevated from the bunch and afforded special treatment.
New Zealand is short of good trades people as many have taken the opportunities available in Australia. The Christchurch earthquakes will place a massive demand on the country’s remaining resources and will force us to look internationally. AWF Trades is up for this challenge.
We have commenced recruitment focused on Ireland, Scotland and elsewhere in the UK and Europe. We are confident we will be in a great position to provide some of the best skills in the country.
