AWF Labour is the division of AWF Group which provides temporary, blue collar staff to the construction, civil works, infrastructure, waste management and general labouring sectors.
We've been doing it for 24 years and with 29 branches throughout the country we have our customer's needs covered.
From Kaitaia to Invercargill, AWF Labour branches provide temporary workers to many of the country’s largest and most visible construction, roading and waste management companies. There would be very few large commercial developments in the country where AWF Labour carpenters, hammerhands or labourers have not assisted with the build.
On the country's roads, teams undertaking new civil projects or repairs and maintenance will frequently include AWF Labour excavator, roller or grader drivers and the site safety will be assisted by AWF trained traffic controllers.
Supporting the AWF Labour staff is a very strong training regime which delivers more Site Safe passports that any other contractor in New Zealand each year, and provides more certified Traffic Controllers than any other staffing company.
AWF Labour employs people who have a desire to work predominantly out in the fresh air and don’t mind getting their hands dirty. As with all of the AWF Group, potential staff in this division must pass security and drug screening regimes. Most importantly AWF Labour employs blue collar staff who want to work, who prove to be reliable and who have a desire to learn and progress.
